State Bank Loan Program
The Septic Repair Loan Program helps
home owners bring their homes and septic systems into
compliance with Title V. MassHousing provides
financing at 0%, 3%, or 5%, depending on household
income. The maximum loan amount is $25,000 and income
limits do apply
